Sonic The Hedgehog is a live-action adventure comedy based on the blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega. The film follows the misadventures of Sonic as he navigates the complexities of life on Earth with his newfound – human – best friend Tom Wachowski (James Marsden). The villainous Dr. Robotnik is played by Jim Carrey. The film also stars Tika Sumpter and Ben Schwartz as the voice of Sonic. Jeff Fowler directs the film, which hits theaters on November 8th.
