SAN FRANCISCO — The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences recently presented Dolby (www.dolby.com) with a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Development for its PRM-4200 professional reference monitor. The honor marks the 12th product and technology win from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) for the company.
The PRM-4200 is designed for pros in need of an accurate measurement tools for color-critical work. Both colorists and cinematographers use the monitor to ensure their final image matches what is seen onscreen.

The 64th Primetime Emmy Engineering Awards took place on Wednesday, October 24 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles.
