Rodriguez began his career in post as an overnight dubber at AME in Burbank. He spent 18 months on the graveyard shift, and long days at two other post houses, before moving on to Action Video in Hollywood where he spent eight years providing color services.
He then colored at The Post Group, Post Logic, and Hollywood Digital, and was the opening colorist for HD-West, a Santa Monica-based boutique that was eventually taken over by Company 3, where he remained for more than seven years. He brings with him his trusted assistant of 17 years, Todd Sutherland.
