Crossroads, which handled multimedia and content creation, has headquarters in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, and an affiliate office in Toronto. Prior to his production work, Karley spent time managing the German techno-pop group Porsches on the Autobahn, for whom he also produced a DVD music video album. He also wrote and directed a one-man musical performance for a national German tour.
