BEVERLY HILLS — The 61st Annual ACE Eddie Awards will take place this Sunday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The awards (www.americancinemaeditors.com) recognize outstanding editing in nine categories of film, television and documentaries.
ACE Golden Eddie Filmmaker of the Year honors will be presented to Christopher Nolan, and Career Achievement honors will be bestowed on veteran film editors Michael Brown, A.C.E. and Michael Kahn, A.C.E. Director Joe Sargeant will present to Brown, with Steven Spielberg presenting to Kahn.
Ken Jeong will serve as the evening’s Master of Ceremonies.
Additional presenters will include Javier Bardem, Joe Sargent, David O. Russell, Tobey Maguire, Sam Tramell, Helena Mattsson, Derek Hough, Aaron Eckhart, Matthew Morrison, Jillian Jacobs, Lauren Velez, and Amy Adams.
