ULEAD OPENS MEDIASTUDIO PRO 7 TO HD

TORRANCE, CA - Ulead Systems (www.ulead.com), maker of MPEG editing software, has introduced the Ulead HD plug-in which allows users of its MediaStudio Pro 7 application to natively capture, edit and output HDV content.

HDV is a high definition video format that records HD video onto standard DV and Mini DV cassettes. The plug-in allows users of JVC's GR-HD1 and JY-HD10 camcorders to edit their HD content within Ulead's MediaStudio Pro 7 without the need for any additional tools or interfaces. The plug-in is now available at for $299.
