NEW YORK - Animator Jason Strougo and graphic designer Pramod Medichalam have joined Manhattan-based, design and visual effects studio, Liquid Light. Strougo takes the title of animation director while Pramod will serve as After Effects designer.
Strougo brings with him more than 11 years experience in animation and 3D design. Prior to joining Liquid Light, he spent three years working as an independent animation director for several studios in New York. In 1998 he worked for Nickelodeon as its digital animation studio producer and director of computer graphics.
Having earned his MFA in motion graphics and interactive design from Savannah College of Art and Design, Pramod brings a wealth of creative know-how to the studio. After starting out as a architectural design student, Pramod became interested in motion graphics and quickly made a name for himself in all mediums of the art.
