Michael Artuso climbing ladder at Mr. Bronx Audio Post

NEW YORK CITY - Audio post studio Mr. Bronx (www.bronxaudio.com) has promoted Michael Artuso from assistant to associate mixer. He has been honing his skills under the guidance of studio founder/mixer David Wolfe and senior mixer/sound designer Geoff Strasser. Over the past three years, Artuso has worked on campaigns for major brands, including Super Bowl spots for Häagen-Dazs and Duracell, Oscar campaign spots for Samsung, and additional projects for Tito’s and Aviation Gin. He has also mixed upcoming films for festival premieres, including Saint Andrews and The Traveler.

"Bronx Audio has given me the tools to better my craft while also researching and implementing new strategies," says Artuso. "Throughout my journey here, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with some truly remarkable people, and I could not be more excited to see what's next.”

Before joining Mr. Bronx Audio Post in 2022, Artuso built a portfolio in sound design and mixing. While studying at Hofstra University, he gained hands-on experience mixing music, designing sound for film and working on theatrical productions. By his senior year, he had developed a strong portfolio, which led him to apply for a position at Mr. Bronx.

"It’s exciting to see team members like Michael thrive, bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to everything we do," states Wolfe. "Coming out of college, Michael was already incredibly technically savvy. He was eager to combine new technologies with his art, and he accomplishes that goal every day. His journey is a perfect example of how our team is growing, leveraging technology, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the industry.”
