Le Noury and Crisp count TUI’s Safety: A Global Film, with Leo Burnett and Missing Link’s Alicia Macdonald, as one of their collaborative highlights, along with Burger King’s Bundles of Joy. In the realm of short films, both also call attention to Rise from director Shirzan, which examined Iranian women’s rights in times of political and social uprising.
"Rascal has an undeniable roster of impressive talent, both creatively and in terms of savvy producers, which is massively appealing," notes Le Noury. "I’m excited about working with their team of top-notch colorists, VFX supervisors and CG artists. Their skillset and passion is just unreal. I love that they want to create consistently outstanding work and do it with style – that’s always what I’m aiming for personally. Moving to a larger studio with teams of artists and the best creative directors is an exciting next step for me and I cannot wait to learn from them. Also, their music composition and audio offering is a dream for a producer, it means you can really add value for clients across their entire project.”
Crisp adds that she's been following Rascal's work for a while and is impressed with both the progress of the company and its outstanding work.
"I love that they are independent and that it’s an artist-led creative studio and was created by VFX artists," she notes. "This is at the heart of the company and I’m really looking forward to getting to work closely with the creative directors – there’s some amazing international work going on right now which shows how quickly the company has grown and developed.”
