We Are Royale welcomes Erin Serletic as head of growth, gaming & entertainment

LOS ANGELES - We Are Royale (www.weareroyale.com) has hired Erin Serletic as head of growth, gaming and entertainment. She brings a proven track record of nurturing brand relationships and matching clients with creative talent, all while driving revenue growth.

Serletic's portfolio spans 360 marketing campaigns, rebrands & refreshes, graphics packages, in-game cinematics & asset creation, IP launches, immersive experiences and event production. She has worked with clients such as Disney, Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, SYFY, Marvel, FX Networks, NFL Network, AMC, Meta, Hulu, ABC and NBC Universal.

“With her deep experience in branding and marketing, especially in gaming and entertainment, Erin is a natural addition to our team,” notes Jen Lucero, co-founder/CEO of We Are Royale. “Her passion, authenticity, and progressive business development strategies align with our strengths as a studio and where the industry is headed. On a personal level, she is such a joy to work with, always bringing clarity and enthusiasm connecting with colleagues and clients alike. We are grateful to have her join the team.”

Serletic's foundational years included work at various creative and design shops in the Atlanta market. She later went on to hold business development roles in New York City at Trollbäck+Company and with Santa Monica-based design studio Belief. She pivoted into gameplay capture at Dark Burn Creative, and later into experiential and event production as VP business growth: gaming and entertainment at NCompass. Additionally, she shepherded the launch event for Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws. Building on these experiences, Serletic co-founded Clove, a boutique experiential studio.

“Branching into new verticals and areas of expertise has been invaluable, but I feel very much at home working in the realm of design, branding, and motion graphics,” says Serletic.
