Director/storm chaser Martin Lisius just released his new documentary The Chasers of Tornado Alley: Touching the Sky. The timing coincides with the release of the Amblin Entertainment, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures feature
Twisters.
Lisius shot the project using an assortment of cameras and formats, including a Sony FS7, Red Komodo, DJI Inspire 2 and Arriflex 35, as well as with his custom-designed 16K system. The documentary was cut using a Mac Studio Ultra running Final Cut Pro.
