LONDON - The Yard VFX (theyard-vfx.com) has appointed Ben Owen studio manager of its recently launched London office. Owen has more than 15 years of experience in the VFX industry, having worked at studios such as Framestore, MPC, Dneg and One of Us.
The Yard is a French company that was founded in 2014. The studio specializes in visual effects for features that are released in cinemas and on streaming platforms.

His deep understanding of the UK market aligns with our mission to elevate local talent and establish a stronger presence as a key player in the VFX sector.”
In his new role, Owen will work with The Yard’s management team to ensure that the London studio upholds the company’s commitment to delivering world-class visual effects while continuing to attract major international projects.
