Rob Shears joined the company as head of production, in charge of overseeing production and supervision across Paris and London. He has a background in 3D digital design, and has worked at Framestore, Dneg and ILM.
One of Us’ new head of resourcing is Ben Harrison, who will work closely with Rob Shears to scale the studio as it expands across its London and Paris offices. He brings a long-standing passion for film, having started in stereo conversion at Prime Focus, and later becoming head of production at MPC.
Other changes at One of Us include Aimee Dadswell's move to production executive, alongside Louise Hastings. Dadswell has been in the industry for 22 years, and now moves from the production side towards future planning and strategic relationships for One of Us.
