LONDON — Editing house Tenthree (www.tenthree.co.uk) has signed editor David Whittaker for exclusive representation. During his multifaceted career as a partner at Sydney’s Arc Edit, Whittaker helped mentor emerging talent and provide them with editorial opportunities - an initiative that he’s keen to continue at Tenthree.
Whittaker recently completed work on the feature documentary Name Me Lawand, for which he collaborated with Sweetshop director Ed Lovelace on the Pulse Films production. The film will be released by the BFI this summer. He has also been a long-time collaborator with the art and directing collective The Glue Society, and recently contributed to the B&Q spot
Prices. Nailed with UK production house Uncommon.
“As well as being a brilliant editor, David comes with the experience of being a partner at Arc that adds a level of maturity to how he approaches his career and deals with clients,” says Ed Hoadley, managing director at Tenthree. “He’s also a really lovely bloke.”
