LOS ANGELES — Global experience and production company Helo (www.flyhelo.com), with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London, has partnered with all-around creative chameleon Bobbi “mamahotdog” Rich. The multi-faceted director/production designer/storyteller will be working with Helo’s clients to direct and produce a variety of commercial work.
Rich started her career as a story and field producer for TV series that included American Pickers and Going Cambo. Recently, she was the art director for the Joe Berlinger Netflix series Crime Scene, and the production designer for the Vimeo Staff pick, Assholes. She spent the past year on the creative direction & interior design of Nashville’s new experiential ‘70s inspired hotspot, The Dive Motel & Swim Club.
She has a storied career within the music industry, having directed music videos and live performances, as well as provided creative direction, album art and other promotional content for artists such as Brittany Howard, Enrique Iglesias, Elton John, Nathaniel Rateliff, Marg Price and The Pixies. She is currently working on several projects, including a documentary about music industry legend Phil Kaufman, titled The Road Mangler, a documentary series titled Mother Truckers Convoy, and the series Swipe Left.
