NEW YORK CITY — The-Artery (www.the-artery.com) has opened a new Manhattan office in Chelsea, expanding its capabilities and in-house team. The studio was founded by chief creative officer Vico Sharabani and offers services that include visual effects, post supervision, offline editorial, live action, and design and development across multiple platforms. The new space, according to Sharabani, is a response to the studio’s growth and allows the team to better collaborate with clients and creative partners.
“As a creative studio, we recognize how important it is for our artists, producers and clients to be working in a space that is comfortable and supportive of our creative process,” he explains. “The extraordinary layout of this new space, the size, the lighting and even our location, allows us to provide our clients with key capabilities and plays an important part in promoting our mission moving forward.”
The studio’s credits include
Mercedez-Benz’s 2018 VR-enabled production, work on
Under Armour’s “Rush” campaign and Beyonce’s Coachella documentary, Homecoming. They have also contributed to feature films like Netflix’s Beasts of No Nation, Wes Anderson’s Oscar-winning Grand Budapest Hotel and the box-office hit Ocean’s 8.
In related news, the studio recently added editor and former Mad River Post owner Michael Elliot to its team.
