DALLAS — 3008 Editorial (3008.com) has added Flame Artist Gavin Camp to its roster. Prior to 3008, Camp held posts at The Mill LA, Keep Me Posted and Psyop. He also regularly worked with A52, Framestore and MPC, among others.
Over the course of his career in visual effects and finishing, Camp has contributed to projects for Nike, Gatorade, Audi, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Sprint, Apple and Dolby. In addition to commercial advertising, he has also worked on a number of television series, including Law & Order SVU, Better Call Saul and Animal Kingdom.
“Gavin brings a broad range of experience across all industries, with particular expertise in automotive and beauty, which we’re excited to offer to our clients,” notes Brent Herrington, editor and owner of 3008. “He is highly visual, creative and has an excellent understanding of the color space.”
“I’m happy to be a part of 3008 because its reputation precedes itself as being a great company that produces amazing work,” adds Camp. “I’m really excited to be part of a team full of such talented people. I’m looking forward to collaborating and building relationships with our clients, and developing work together that goes beyond their expectations.”
Beyond his roles as a Flame artist, Camp is a husband and a father of three who enjoys reading books about history, traveling and being a beer connoisseur. His favorite hobby, however, is music. He plays and collects many different instruments, but has a special penchant for his Fender Telecaster.
