BOSTON — Chimney (chimneygroup.com) has expanded its remote color service to Boston through a new partnership with post house, EngineRoomEdit. A full-service production and post production company, Chimney has offices in 14 cities in nine countries worldwide, serving as home to more than 450 artists. EngineRoomEdit has been in business since 2005 and has worked with clients that include Toyota, Putnam Investments and Fanatics through Conductor Productions.
The new partnership with EngineRoomEdit will allow for clients in Boston and the North East region to work remotely with top colorists, including Lez Rudge and Vincent Taylor. Chimney is responsible for co-producing and delivering post for a number of recent films, including Her, Atomic Blonde, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and Chappaquiddick. Its remote color service has been integrated across numerous offices, including those in Stockholm, Los Angeles, and New York City.
