AUSTIN, TX — Carter Pagel, a former lead creative for AT&T’s AA consumer segment advertising agency, has been tapped by Castleview Productions to fill its creative director position. In his 20-year career, Pagel has written multiple Super Bowl ads, received national and international recognition from organizations such as the Cannes Advertising Festival, helmed a number of cross-platform campaigns for brands such as DirecTV and State Farm, and directed award-winning video content for AT&T.
As part of Castleview Productions, Pagel joins a video production company that has thrived along with the booming Central Texas economy. His addition to the team is another sign of Castleview’s commitment to expanding its client base and being the top video production agency in Central Texas.
“We’ve been tracking Carter’s rise in the advertising community for some time now, and when the opportunity arose, we jumped a the chance to add him to our team,” says Castleview founder and executive producer, Ted Barnhill. “Carter's talent in creative concept development, script-writing and directing is a huge boost to so many of our clients who are looking for effective video content but may not want to engage an advertising agency.”
The addition of Pagel comes a year after Castleview expanded into TV show development and production with their first original series, My Big Fat Pet Makeover on Animal Planet. The company was founded in 1999 and produces a wide range of content for TV networks, corporations and government agencies.
