AUSTIN, TX — Boxx Technologies (www.boxx.com), a provider of high-performance computer workstations, rendering systems, and servers, has announced the appointment of Bill Leasure as vice president of marketing. He will be responsible for overall marketing strategy and now allows former marketing and business development VP Shoaib Mohammad to lead Boxx business development and services.
Prior to his arrival at Boxx, Leasure spent over 20 years leading successful marketing programs. He has held top marketing, sales, and business development roles at Intel, Motorola, Dell and several start-up companies, while earning numerous industry awards. A graduate of the University of Santa Clara, Leasure holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from American University.

In 2017, Boxx acquired Cirrascale Corporation, a developer of multi-GPU servers and cloud solutions designed for DL infrastructure. The company’s addition of DL and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to its line of multi-GPU solutions for VFX, animation, motion media, architecture, engineering, and other 3D markets, has resulted in strong growth.
