LONDON — Codex, the maker of recorders and media processing systems that are designed to streamline the transfer of digital files and images from camera through to post production, has hired Mark Anderson as its new director of storage sales. He recently headed up market development for storage provider G-Technology, and has developed and maintained relationships with retail tech giants, such as Apple Retail and online stores for Symply and Promise Technology products.
Anderson will use his extensive knowledge of media workflows and the storage market to spearhead sales efforts for Codex’s new line of storage solutions.
“Codex is excited to bring on board an industry veteran who can help build upon our expansive track record in feature film and television production storage,” says Brian Gaffney, SVP of business development for Codex. “With our new line of Media Vault Smart Storage products, we believe Mark will be an excellent communicator of the value of our brand. Due to his skill set, he will also bring incomparable customer experience to the post production, VFX, and long-term data archiving clients in the marketplace.”
