BROOKLYN, NY — Photography, video, audio, imaging and electronics retailer Adorama (www.adorama.com) is teaming up with Canon to host an event on September 7th featuring filmmaker Casey Stein. The event will provide an inside look at how native New York triathlete Matt Forster trained to be an Ironman, and how Stein used Canon’s EOS C200 to capture the training process.
The Ironman World Championships take place in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Pros are invited to join Stein at this free event in Brooklyn for a screening of the documentary, and to hear how he made use of the C200.
“Adorama Presents: Training for an Ironman with the Canon C200” will take place on Thursday, September 7th, from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Adorama Rental Co. (370 19th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215). Food and drinks will be served. Attendees will also have a chance to get up close and personal with the Canon EOS C200, one of Canon’s latest digital cinema camera offerings. The C200 records in 4K raw and is well suited for film, documentary and television production.
