NEW YORK — The New York office of the Nomad Editing Company (www.nomadedit.com) continues its expansion the recent signing of editor/partner Amanda Moreau. The studio offers editing services with integrated VFX and sound design.
Moreau helped launch the New York office of Beast, where she gained 10 years of experience as a senior editor. During her career, she has worked with leading brands, including Reebok, Garnier, Duke Energy, Ikea and Champs.
“I joined Nomad because ultimately I want to belong to a smaller, artistic community with a strong focus on the creative culture,” she explains. “This type of tight-knit community is one of the most valuable things you can have in an edit house. We constantly share our work as we are cutting and respect each other’s opinions.”
Nomad is preparing to begin construction on a larger space just up the street from its current location. The move is scheduled for early 2017. The new location will have more edit rooms and finishing suites for Flame and After Effects.
