NEW YORK — Tribe Pictures (www.tribepictures.com) has expanded its East Coast presence with a new office New York City. The Chatham, NJ-based corporate video production company has also named Michael Chomet to lead its new operation. Chomet will serve as senior vice president/creative director. He comes to the studio from Spark Productions, where he was executive producer and creative director.
The new Manhattan office will allow Tribe to better service corporate clients based in the city as well as provide more convenient access to production and post resources and talent.

Chomet joined Spark in 2010 via a merger between that company and his own studio, Chomet Creative Group. He brings experience working across media platforms, with credits in broadcast and cable television, music videos, corporate videos and advertising. He’s contributed to a variety of high-profile projects, including Kanye West’s animated Heartless video, and to series and specials for MTV, Lifetime, Bravo, Martha Stewart Living/CBS, HBO, PBS and Noggin.
