SGO integrates Boris Graffiti into Mamba compositing platform

MADRID, SPAIN — SGO (www.sgo.es) has added integration of Boris FX’s popular Graffiti titling and motion graphics plug-in into its Mamba FX (V.2.5) node based compositing platform. The integration is for the Windows release initially, but the company has plans to Mac and Linux support in the future.

Mamba FX comes with a large range of filters and effects which can be combined to create an infinite variety of looks and styles. Adding these effects to the very flexible Boris Graffiti, gives creative artists the possibilities to produce limitless styles of text and graphics.

“We are delighted to have a solid relationship with Boris FX,” says SGO's CEO Miguel Angel Doncel. ”I strongly believe that the way to provide our customers with the most innovative technology and workflows is to create solutions in tandem with leading companies. This joint venture is a great example of this.”

"We are very excited to be working in collaboration with SGO”, adds Ross Shain, chief marketing officer of Boris FX/Imagineer. "Mamba FX is a powerful visual effects platform, so it makes perfect sense for Boris FX and SGO to work together and integrate Boris Graffiti, our 3D titling and animation engine. Boris FX is well known for quality tiling tools and the Mamba FX community will surely appreciate the Graffiti toolset. The collaboration will bring the capability to design and create advanced 2D/3D motion graphics and title animations directly inside of Mamba FX."

SGO also recently announced that Mamba FX customers will receive a free upgrade to the new Version 2.5 of Mamba FX, which will include Graffiti at no cost (Windows only).
