Warner Bros. adds in-house Flame suite

BURBANK — Warner Bros.'s in house facility, Idea Place, recently built a new post production suite that’s centered around Autodesk’s Flame Premium. The room is equipped with a Lustre control surface, a Christie projector, a 12-foot screen, a Sony OLED master monitor, and 7.1 surround sound monitoring.

The room will be used exclusively for Warner Bros. work, including the finishing of trailers and TV commercials, says senior Flame/Lustre artist Scott Ellman, who provides assembly, color correction, compositing and graphics services at the facility. Ellman is a long-time Autodesk/Discreet user.
