NEW YORK — Chris Bernier has joined Technicolor’s MPC (www.moving-picture.com) in New York City as VFX supervisor and CG lead. Bernier studied computer graphics at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, and soon worked with Curious Pictures as a CG freelancer. He later worked with QuietMan, after which he joined The Mill as senior 3D lead and VFX supervisor.
He brings to MPC a substantial skillset and credits that include work for GE, Cheetos, SNL, Pepsi, and IBM. Recently, Bernier worked as CG lead on spots for Coca-Cola, Norfolk Southern, Nintendo, Dawn and Gillette. He also contributed to the Milk ad that ran during the 2013 Super Bowl.
