NEW YORK — Veria Living (www.verialiving.com), a media company devoted to showcasing healthy lifestyle and wellness programming, recently opened a new midtown Manhattan studio and post production facility where it will produce original programming for the network. The first series to begin production in the space is a new daily yoga series titled, Rock Your Yoga, which is hosted by wellness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. The show will debut on the channel on May 14.
David Kutz has joined Veria Living as executive in charge of production, overseeing the new studio. Kutz has nearly 30 years of experience in television production, most recently serving as president of Longtail Distribution Network LLC, where he launched a multiplatform distribution company. Previously, he served as vice president of operations and program administration for Rainbow Media Holdings’ Voom HD Networks.
Veria Living plans to commence production on additional series, including cooking shows and talk shows, at the studio in May. The network is also ramping up primetime original programming with two new series, starring Ayurveda healer Yogi Cameron and healthy eats expert chef Nathan Lyon.
