BURBANK — The Editor's Lounge is holding it's 9th annual pre-NAB panel discussion on Friday, March 30. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the conversation begins at 7pm. The event will be held at Key Code Media, 270 S. Flower St., Burbank. RSVP is required. The evening will preview NAB 2012 with discussions about what can be expected at this year's show in April. Attendees will learn about the latest trends and new technology impacting the future of production and post production.
Panelists include; Terry Curren (editor/colorist and founder of AlphaDogs Post), Mark Raudonis (VP of post production, Bunim/Murrary Productions), Lucas Wilson (VP sales & marketing, Cameron/Pace Group), and a mystery guest.
"The pre-NAB panel is valuable to me in a couple ways," says Curren. "First it forces me to think about where things are going so I have something to talk about on the panel. Second I learn a lot from the other panelists who are carefully chosen to represent different areas of the industry with different perspectives. The feedback we always receive is very positive which is why this is now the 9th annual panel."
The event grows larger each year, so RSVP are required: http://editorslounge.com/register.html. Attendees are asked to bring their favorite beverage with a reminder to drink responsibly. Food is provided by Keycode Media.
