LIME HEADS UP HAITI RELIEF EFFORT

Collections will be distributed to the ANA Children’s Center and Brebis de Saint Michelle Orphanage. They will also be made available to the communities that surround these facilities.

According to Bruce Horwitz, Lime Studios partner, and founder of Lime Aid, money is critical to insure safe passage of the needed items. “Dovetail Furniture has secured a trucking company that will transport the container to Miami, where it will then be shipped to Port-au-Prince,” he explains. “Air freight will be extremely expensive, as well as secure transport to the orphanages."

Items sought for Lime-Aid quake relief include: 25 or 50 pound bags of rice, dry beans, milk powder, liquid formula, peanut butter in plastic jars, dried meat, spaghetti, cooking oil, bleach tablets, and multi-vitamins.

Drop-off points include: Lime Studios, Cut and Run, Orlee Klempner Casting, Luma Pictures, Optimus, Final Cut, Gartner, Chrome, Spotwelders, Brickyard and several Los Angeles-area schools.
