DTS also unveiled DTS–HD Master Audio Suite V.2.5, the latest version of the company’s audio encoding tool. The new release is one of the fastest Blu-ray disc audio encoders on the market, and is improved with the introduction of folder-based batch encoding for Blu-ray, DVD, and online digital delivery. This new functionality automates the encoding process, enabling hundreds of audio encodes to be processed with just a few mouse clicks.
DTS’s new headquarters features listening rooms that are equipped with 7.1 surround sound systems. The headquarters also has a research and development room that can be adapted and expanded as needed in order to keep up with the company’s ever-evolving new technology.
The Neural UpMix plug-in is listed at $449, while the DTS-HD Master Audio Suite V.2.5 is priced at $1,495. Bother are scheduled to ship in April and will be on display at the NAB show.
