NEW YORK — Band Pro Film & Digital Inc., is partnering with Codex Digital (www.codexdigital.com) to host a series of demos that look at the future of file-based workflows. The Codex family of products will be on display from November 29 to December 3, 2010, at the company's office at 645 W. 27th Street in Manhattan.
Codex offers solutions for production as well as post. Its production products offer small form factors and the ability to capture uncompressed 3D footage from left and right eyes to a single unit. Its post solutions allow multiple users to access footage simultaneously. And the Codex Virtual File System allows all files to be converted and output to nearly any format, regardless of the format they were brought into the system - at faster than realtime speeds.
