FINAL CUT STUDIO SUPPORTING EUPHONIX MEDIA CONTROLLERS
Euphonix's Artist Series is comprised of MC Transport, MC Control, MC Mix, and MC Color. The media controllers offer programmable soft keys, wheels, knobs, faders and trackballs that are designed to speed up workflow within Final Cut Studio. Each controller features a slim, portable design and connects to a Mac via Ethernet. They can be used standalone or connected to additional controllers to create a larger, integrated control surface.
EuCon is a high-speed Ethernet control protocol developed by Euphonix that enables simultaneous control of multiple applications, including Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Color, Motion and Logic Pro. All controls, displays and programmable soft keys automatically switch to match the selected application. EuCon even allows users to switch between and control multiple Macs on a network, automatically forwarding media controller, keyboard and mouse commands to a second workstation.
MC Transport is the newest controller and will be available this month for $399.99. MC Control is currently available for $1,499.99. MC Mix is priced at $999.99, and MC Color will be available in the Fall.
