EMMYS: POST LOGIC'S DWYER RECOGNIZED FOR 'SURVIVOR' SOUND
The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences will announce the winners at the 61st Creative Arts Emmy Awards, set to take place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on September 12.
Dwyer has an extensive background in reality television and a career than spans more than three decades. For the last 12, he has worked on reality shows that include Fear Factor, Kid Nation, American Gladiators, Wipeout and Dating in the Dark.
Dwyer received his first Emmy Award in 2001,for outstanding sound mixing on Survivor,
and went on to garner three additional nominations. In 2008, he received his second Emmy in the news and documentary category for Operation Homecoming: Writing the Wartime Experience.
