SUNDANCE: FILMCORE'S GODFREY EDITS AWARD-WINNER 'MAN ON WIRE'
The film tells the story of young Frenchman, Philippe Petit, who in
1974 walked on a wire suspended between the towers of the World Trade
Center, 1350 feet off the ground. He danced on the wire for more than
an hour and crossed it eight times before being arrested.
This is not the first documentary project that has paired Godfrey with Marsh. The two collaborated on Wisconsin Death Trip, which Marsh also directed. That film won a BAFTA Award for Best Cinematography.
