JOHN RODEN JOINS ENCORE HOLLYWOOD
Roden has been freelancing for the past several years, working with studios such as Method Studios, Zoic Studios and Ring of Fire. He is skilled in Autodesk applications, including Inferno and Flame, and is also well versed on a variety of desktop visual effects systems. In addition to his compositing and design experience, Roden has also served as an on-set VFX supervisor and effects designer.
At Encore, he will build and lead the studio’s team of artists in an effort by the studio to grow its visual effects capabilities. Currently, he is involved in creating effects for two projects, the Fox television series House and Black Water Transit, a feature directed by Tony Kaye for Capitol Films.
