IZOTOPE RELEASES NEW AUDIO RESTORATION TOOLS
The RX plug-ins are available for VST, Audio Unit, MAS, Pro Tools
(RTAS, AudioSuite), and DirectX, and include the standalone version for
the same price of $349. iZotope RX removes hiss and buzz, eliminates
clicks and crackles, and repairs overload distortion in audio. New
intelligent Spectral Repair algorithms can analyze and fill gaps in
audio files to restore previously unusable recordings.
The plug-ins and standalone application are available for Windows
Vista, XP and Apple OS X 10.4.8 + (Universal Binary). An “Advanced”
version of RX is available for $1,199 and provides more precise control
over RX algorithms and multi-resolution processing modes.
