As executive producer of main title design, Byars will oversee all aspects of the company's main title services, from concept through delivery.
Byars joins Pacific Title from Prologue, where she executive produced main titles for feature films and broadcast content, including Spider-Man 3, The Invasion and the independent documentary The Unforeseen. She also worked on show promos for Discovery Channel's Future Weapons series and the Ennio Morricone tribute segment of the 79th Academy Awards telecast.
From 2000-2006, Byars served as executive producer of post production at mOcean. There, she oversaw trailer finishing and produced main title design for such films as Crash, Borat, The Pursuit of Happyness and Time Code.
At Pacific Title, Byars will work closely with a number of in-house main title designers, including Bruce Schluter. Byars worked with Schluter at Greenberg/Schluter Inc., the full service conceptual design firm he co-founded with Richard Greenberg in 1990.
