For the interstitials,
Montgomery & Co. featured some of the Bobby cast, including Sharon Stone, Laurence Fishburne,
Anthony Hopkins, and the film's creator, Emilio Estevez, all of whom discuss
their experience working on the film.
Montgomery & Co. also
constructed animated title cards and lower thirds to give the show titles a
similar graphic execution to that of the Bobby logo, establishing a cohesive look for the entire
evening.
For the promos, MC executed
separate versions for the Discovery Channel and the Discovery Times Channel,
bringing together archival footage of Bobby Kennedy from the two programs with
material from Bobby.
Montgomery & Co used Avid
systems to cut the promos and interstitials. Logos, end cards and lower thirds
were created in Adobe Photoshop and were animated using After Effects.
The MC creative team included
owner/executive creative director George Montgomery, creative director
Jerry Seiner, editors Janine Worrell and Shane McLafferty, designers Suhee
Hwang and Tin Tran, producer Debbie Rankin, and production coordinator Libby
Buchanan.
