Neithardt began his career as the assistant to former Miramax Films' co-chairman Bob Weinstein. He went on to produce an as-yet unreleased independent horror feature titled Harwood, while also working in production management positions at New Line Cinema, Time Warner and VH1. In 2003, he established Palmy Inn, his own creative production company, where he wrote, produced and directed commercials, music videos, television programs and promotional packages for the likes of Sony BMG and AOL.
In his new role, Neithardt is responsible for the overall operation of Stardust?s Manhattan studio in SoHo.
