Cristo and Menace II Society. Teaney began his career at Wally Heider Recording
Studio in Hollywood, and has been recognized for his work with Emmy, Clio and
CAS awards.
Engle comes to Todd-AO Hollywood from the company's Burbank facility, where he
recently worked on the series Alias
and Without a Trace. He, too, has
a background in feature films as a sound effects editor, having worked on About
Schmidt, Bend It Like Beckham, Vanilla Sky
and Monster's Ball. An
accomplished songwriter and musician, Engle began his career in the recording
industry before segueing into audio post.
Teaney and Engle will work out of a newly-remodeled mixing and screening stage
equipped with Digidesign Pro Tools and the Pro Control digital mixing console.
The stage also has access to the Soundelux sound library of more than 320,000
sound effects.
They are currently handling audio post work for the ABC
series Men in Trees and for TBS's My
Boys. The team is assisted by recordist
Richard Camara.
