LOS ANGELES - Post Logic Studios (www.postlogic.com) has added to its talent roster by hiring senior colorists Mike Cosola and Eric Alvarado for its Hollywood and New York studios respectively. The additions come as Post Logic plans to implement a multi-million dollar expansion of equipment and digital intermediate services.
Cosola, who has worked at Encore Hollywood, Sight Effects and 525, brings experience in both long- and short-form projects. He's worked on several episodes of the National Geographic series "Strange Days on Planet Earth" and on commercials for Target and Ford. His music video credits include Coldplay's "Speed of Sound" and Jay Z's "99 Problems."
Alvarado joins Post Logic NYC from PostWorks, where he worked on feature films, episodic television, commercials, music videos and independent films. He performed the digital intermediate on the documentaries "The Fog of War" and "Tupac Resurrection." He is also the longtime colorist for the series "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy."
