CORAL SPRINGS, FL - Mike Rhine has been named vice president of finance, for da Vinci (www.davsys.com), having spent five years with its parent company, Acterna, Inc. Rhine will be responsible for da Vinci's finance, operations and IT departments, and will work closely with the R&D, marketing and sales divisions to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, improve profitability, and drive top-line growth.
Prior to joining da Vinci, Rhine held various positions in Acterna's corporate finance organization, starting in 2000 as director of corporate finance and investor relations, and more recently serving as corporate treasurer, where he was responsible for Acterna's cash, debt and banking operations; risk management; and the maintenance of strong creditor and shareholder relationships.
