Open House: Northern Lights

NEW YORK — Editorial house Northern Lights opened in 1995 and moved into its current space in 2001. Company partner David Gioiella recently took Post on a tour of the Manhattan facility, which offers a range of production, design and audio services via its sister companies Bodega, Mr. Wonderful and SuperExploder.

Upon entering the studio's lobby, one gets a clear idea of all they have to offer.

Company partner David Gioiella was working on a new spot for Nasacort when we stopped by. Northern Lights is home to multiple Avid NLEs.

Mr. Wonderful opened in 2005 and offers broadcast design and graphics services. The studio makes use of tools that include Adobe's Creative Suite and Maxon's Cinema 4D.

Just some of the studio's awards. Bodega was honored with an Emmy for its work on NBC's Sunday Night Football open last season.
