SANTA MONICA - Riot Santa Monica has hired Emmy-award winning editor/visual effects artist Les Umberger.
Formerly with Crawford Communications in Atlanta, Umberger has worked on commercials and long form television and is proficient with both Discreet Inferno and Fire. Prior to Crawford, Umberger worked for NBC where he earned an Emmy award for his part as an editor on the coverage of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He has also worked at Turner Productions for such clients as CNN, Cartoon Network, TBS Superstation and the Discovery Channel.
