LEITCH UPDATES VELOCITYQ CERTIFIED TRAINING CURRICULUM

TORONTO - Leitch has updated its certified training curriculum for the VelocityQ nonlinear editing system to include the new features found in Version 8.2.

"An Introduction to VelocityQ" is a three-day, hands-on course providing in-depth instruction for users new to the VelocityQ editor and is available through authorized Leitch post production training centers in the US and Canada. A list of authorized training centers can be found on the Leitch Web site at www.leitch.com/vqtraining.

Brad Nogar, Leitch VP/GM for post production, says while the intuitive nature of VelocityQ has allowed many of its users to immediately become productive, even without training, the software has evolved to include hundreds of powerful features, and it's likely that even experienced editors aren't using them to their full potential. The VelocityQ certified training program helps to ensure that users get the most out of their VelocityQ systems.
