BURBANK, CA — AlphaDogs Post Production (www.alphadogs.tv) will host another installment of its Editors’ Lounge on Friday, October 28. This month’s event will center around a panel discussion, with pros addressing the question: “Why Did You Make That Edit.”
The discussion will focus on the creative side of editing, including decision making, and the role of the editor in how a story is told. On hand to discuss their editing choices will be feature film editor Mark Goldblatt (The Terminator, X-Men); episodic TV editor Andrew Seklir, (
Battlestar Galactica); and photographer/music video editor Bee Ottinger.
The event (www.editorslounge.com) will be held at the American Legion, located at 940 W. Olive Ave in Burbank, and will begin at 6:30pm.
